Each animal is placed in a cage that meets international aviation safety standards (IATA), with optimal air circulation, a size appropriate for the animal’s build, and sturdy materials. The cages are also cleaned and disinfected before use to prevent the spread of disease.

During both land and sea journeys, animals are accompanied by staff trained in animal care who are able to recognize signs of stress or health issues and provide special attention, such as offering water, calming the animals, and maintaining the cleanliness of their enclosures.

Pet owners don’t need to worry—we send regular updates in the form of photos or short videos of their pets at key points along the journey (pickup, departure, transit, arrival). The trip status can also be tracked using the tracking number.

Our team helps handle all administrative requirements, from animal health certificates, vaccination certificates, and quarantine permits to microchips and export/import documents for international shipments. All you need to do is prepare your pet—we’ll take care of the rest.

Yes. We use IATA-standard crates, a refrigerated fleet, and trained attendants. Pets are monitored throughout the trip.
Is my pet safe during the trip?

For domestic travel: a veterinary health certificate, vaccination records (especially for rabies), and the owner’s ID card. For international travel: additionally, a microchip, an international health certificate, a quarantine permit, and the destination country’s requirements.

For land and sea transport, yes. For air travel, pets are placed in secure, dedicated animal cargo holds, but we ensure all procedures are followed.

Can I ship a pet without the owner traveling with it?
